    The Mustela Foundation

Since 1982, Mustela Foundation has worked to improve the quality of life of children and families around the world.

The Mustela Foundation supports families in the most important moments of their lifes.

The arrival of a child is a life-changing event for any family and parents may have many questions. The Mustela Foundation provides them with information guides and entertaining media (quizzes, games, interactive videos, etc.) covering many of their concerns. Pregnancy, childbirth, returning home, preventing home accidents and even children's sleeping problems are covered.

All the contents of the Mustela Foundation are validated by professionals working with children: paediatric nurses, psychologists, midwives or paediatricians, in order to guarantee their accuracy and the regular updating of the information provided to families.

Find all the media dedicated to parents on the Mustela Foundation website

The Mustela Foundation is also committed to supporting researchers and professionals working with children.

For more than 35 years, the Mustela Foundation has been supporting research. Each year, grants are awarded in the fields of psychology, psychiatry, paediatrics, neurology, sociology and history.

The Mustela Foundation also awards a number of prizes, including the Maieutics Prize, which recognises its commitment to midwifery in France and Europe, and the annual Social Paediatrics Prize, which rewards projects for the benefit of children and their families.

Here are some examples of projects supported by the Mustela Foundation:

    • PORTUGAL: Support for mothers in socio-economic difficulties
    • TURQUEY: Renovation of a youth centre in Istanbul
    • FRANCE: Funding for Paro, a therapeutic robot in the form of a plush seal, to reduce pain and anxiety for children in the hospital's paediatric ward.
Support for the La Chrysalide project, a shelter for young mothers and their children.
